14日，據(jù)法律界消息，LABOUM前成員金律喜就撫養(yǎng)權(quán)變更及精神損失費(fèi)、財(cái)產(chǎn)分割向前夫、FTISLAND成員崔珉煥提起的調(diào)解未能達(dá)成協(xié)議，正式進(jìn)入訴訟階段。兩人于2018年結(jié)婚，育有三子，2023年協(xié)議離婚，撫養(yǎng)權(quán)歸崔珉煥。律喜去年10月提出訴訟，指控崔珉煥婚內(nèi)不當(dāng)行為，爭取撫養(yǎng)權(quán)變更及賠償。
