據肇慶人大消息，2月17日，肇慶市第十四屆人民代表大會常務委員會第二十四次會議決定，任命鄒瑩為肇慶市人民政府副市長。
公開資料顯示，鄒瑩，1976年7月出生，廣東龍川人，1998年7月參加工作，在職大學學歷，民建會員。出任肇慶副市長之前，鄒瑩系陽江市衛生健康局局長。
