《中華人民共和國(guó)文物保護(hù)法》頒布于1982年，是我國(guó)文化領(lǐng)域第一部法律，是文物工作的基礎(chǔ)性、綜合性、系統(tǒng)性、統(tǒng)領(lǐng)性法律。2024年11月8日，《中華人民共和國(guó)文物保護(hù)法》修訂公布，自2025年3月1日起施行，標(biāo)志著我國(guó)文物保護(hù)工作進(jìn)入依法治理的新階段。
