昨天（3月12日），海底撈發(fā)布聲明稱，針對2月24日00:00至3月8日24:00期間在海底撈上海外灘店堂食消費的4109單顧客，將全額退還當(dāng)日餐費，并額外提供訂單付款10倍金額的現(xiàn)金補償。
此外，對于涉案的兩名男子，海底撈已在3月10日向上海黃浦區(qū)法院提起民事訴訟申請，堅決依法追究其相關(guān)責(zé)任。
