濟南楊銘宇餐飲管理有限公司12日下午，就“剩菜回收再賣給顧客”等事件發布致歉聲明，其中提到，對三家涉事加盟門店做即刻停業、永久關店處理。
據新京報報道，3·15前夕，記者臥底楊銘宇黃燜雞多家加盟店，調查中發現，門店員工存在將隔夜剩菜加熱再賣，用色素掩蓋變黑食材，并將有異味的變質食材清洗后再加工等行為。
