尤文肉瘤( ES )具有染色體易位,將EWS基因與ETS轉錄因子融合,最常見的是Friend leukemia integration 1 ( FLI1 )。
2013 年 8 月 21 日,紀念斯隆凱特琳癌癥中心Sam S Yoon(音譯,尹善善)團隊在Molecular Cancer Therapeutics(IF=5.3)雜志在線發(fā)表題為 “Combining PARP-1 inhibition and radiation in Ewing sarcoma results in lethal DNA damage” 的研究論文,該研究表明,PARP-1在Ewing肉瘤中的抑制放大了放射治療引起的DNA損傷的水平和持續(xù)時間,以ews - fli1依賴的方式導致細胞凋亡和細胞死亡的協(xié)同增加。
但是,在 2024 年 10 月 29 日,該文章被撤回,主要原因是文章內涉嫌圖像的重復使用。
截至到2025年3月11日,由Sam S Yoon作為負責人的已經被撤回包括在MOLECULAR CANCER RESEARCH,Cancer Research,CLINICAL CANCER RESEARCH及Cell Death & Disease發(fā)表的15篇高水平文章(2024年11月1日被撤回3篇文章),后續(xù)會有更多的文章被撤回。
應編輯的要求,上述文章已被撤回。
在圖 4B 中,用 DMSO 處理的 SK-N-MC 細胞的一部分免疫熒光圖像似乎與用奧拉帕尼處理的 HT1080 細胞相同;圖 1B 中對 western blot 分析的內部審查也揭示了重復,其中使用相同的圖像表示 24 小時的 SK-LMS-1 細胞和 0 小時的 SK-N-MC 細胞。使用圖像分析軟件對圖形進行自適應直方圖均衡后,注意到蛋白印跡重復。
