新華社馬尼拉3月11日電（記者張怡晟 聶曉陽）菲律賓媒體11日報道，前總統杜特爾特當天從境外返回抵達馬尼拉國際機場后被警方拘留。
菲律賓媒體表示，國際刑警組織此前根據國際刑事法院的逮捕令，對杜特爾特發出了紅色通緝令。
菲律賓于2019年正式退出國際刑事法院。
