Voting Rules

在本次公共投票環節中，共有83件候選作品，分布在10個對應的征集點位上。公眾在欣賞的同時，可參與投票選出心目中的佳作。每位投票者（單一ID）每天在每一個點位上均有3次投票機會（十個點位均可投票）。

In this public voting session, there are 83 candidate proposals distributed in the 10 corresponding locations. All the public are sincerely invited to participate in voting for your favorite works while enjoying them. Each voter (single ID) has 3 chances to vote for each location per day (all 10 locations can be voted).
