下列駕駛人因在一個記分周期內記滿12分，根據公安部《機動車駕駛證申領和使用規定》（公安部第172號令）第八十條之規定，機動車駕駛人在實習期內發生道路交通安全違法行為被記滿12分的，注銷其實習的準駕車型駕駛資格。
