據(jù)北京市住建委官網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2月18日，北京新房網(wǎng)簽265套，網(wǎng)簽面積15757.67㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽68套，網(wǎng)簽面積9450.2㎡。二手房網(wǎng)簽660套，網(wǎng)簽面積56645.41㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽606套，網(wǎng)簽面積53530.77㎡。

截止目前，2月（2月1日~18日）北京新房網(wǎng)簽2143套，網(wǎng)簽面積157099.03㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽974套，網(wǎng)簽面積117865.69㎡；二手房網(wǎng)簽5878套，網(wǎng)簽面積505811.98㎡，其中住宅5228套，住宅網(wǎng)簽面積477162.68㎡。
