據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，2月17日，北京新房網簽253套，網簽面積14610.03㎡，其中住宅網簽66套，網簽面積9563.1㎡。二手房網簽616套，網簽面積54544.49㎡，其中住宅網簽544套，網簽面積50856.56㎡。

截止目前，2月（2月1日~17日）北京新房網簽1878套，網簽面積141341.36㎡，其中住宅網簽906套，網簽面積108415.49㎡；二手房網簽5218套，網簽面積449166.57㎡，其中住宅4622套，住宅網簽面積423631.91㎡。
