據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，2月10日，北京新房網簽126套，網簽面積10315.6㎡，其中住宅網簽61套，網簽面積8515.06㎡。二手房網簽613套，網簽面積52221.78㎡，其中住宅網簽527套，網簽面積48860.34㎡。

截止目前，2月（2月1日~10日）北京新房網簽682套，網簽面積52737.78㎡，其中住宅網簽356套，網簽面積41722.64㎡；二手房網簽1973套，網簽面積160614.1㎡，其中住宅1682套，住宅網簽面積151783.84㎡。
