2025年1月，房地產(chǎn)市場延續(xù)止跌回穩(wěn)態(tài)勢，供求季節(jié)性回落，環(huán)比下跌，不過得益于去年基數(shù)較低，1月前22日成交同比仍正增26%。
企業(yè)層面，TOP100房企1月實現(xiàn)銷售操盤金額2276.1億元，同比降低3.2%，環(huán)比降低49.6%，單月業(yè)績規(guī)模保持在歷史較低水平。
預(yù)判后市，預(yù)計2月市場將延續(xù)供需兩淡。不過考慮到去年2月為春節(jié)月，基數(shù)較低，同比仍將延續(xù)正增態(tài)勢。
