據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，1月18日-19日，北京新房網簽468套，網簽面積34944.63㎡，其中住宅網簽240套，網簽面積27669.93㎡。二手房網簽353套，網簽面積31700.91㎡，其中住宅網簽314套，網簽面積30007.73㎡。

截止目前，1月（1月1日~19日）北京新房網簽5678套，網簽面積580340.32㎡，其中住宅網簽1991套，網簽面積246496.98㎡；二手房網簽10256套，網簽面積926771.11㎡，其中住宅9277套，住宅網簽面積868713.01㎡。
