據蚌埠發布消息，2025年1月17日蚌埠市十七屆人大常委會第三十次會議決定任命：金勝慶為市人民政府副市長。
1月1日，安徽省委組織部發布干部任前公示公告，其中：金勝慶，男，漢族，1969年9月生，中央黨校研究生學歷，歷史學學士，中共黨員，現任五河縣委書記，擬提名為省轄市副市長人選。
