據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，1月13日，北京新房網簽257套，網簽面積25008.5㎡，其中住宅網簽124套，網簽面積21713.44㎡。二手房網簽806套，網簽面積68875.1㎡，其中住宅網簽735套，網簽面積64593.76㎡。

截止目前，1月（1月1日~13日）北京新房網簽3622套，網簽面積368925.84㎡，其中住宅網簽1388套，網簽面積174882.96㎡；二手房網簽6983套，網簽面積631623.33㎡，其中住宅6354套，住宅網簽面積592781.48㎡。
