據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，1月5日北京新房網簽288套，網簽面積20493.89㎡，其中住宅網簽103套，網簽面積11378㎡。二手房網簽112套，網簽面積10293.93㎡，其中住宅網簽101套，網簽面積9788.1㎡。

截止目前，1月（1月1日~5日）北京新房網簽1287套，網簽面積76089.66㎡，其中住宅網簽402套，網簽面積46029.83㎡；二手房網簽1872套，網簽面積176021.19㎡，其中住宅1719套，住宅網簽面積162417.71㎡。
