推薦食譜:木耳炒豆腐
食材:五花肉,包菜,白豆腐,木耳,姜蒜,干辣椒
調料:鹽,生抽,老抽,蠔油,白糖,玉米淀粉
做法:
1、芡汁:少量鹽,白糖,2勺生抽,1勺老抽,少量蠔油,小半碗清水,半勺玉米淀粉。
2、 熱油下五花肉煎出油盛出來,再下豆腐煎。放入姜蒜,干辣椒,木耳,包菜,稍微拌一下。倒入芡汁,所有食材煮熟即可。豆腐可以用手掰成小塊
