截止目前，12月（12月1日~29日）北京新房網(wǎng)簽12271套，網(wǎng)簽面積1130097.29㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽4797套，網(wǎng)簽面積610639.77㎡；二手房網(wǎng)簽21315套，網(wǎng)簽面積1929038.73㎡，其中住宅19610套，住宅網(wǎng)簽面積1835816.75㎡。
