河溝灣水庫位于敘永縣天池鎮鹽井村，建于1998年，設計灌溉面積1000畝，實際灌溉面積500畝，總庫容13.02萬m3，正常庫容10.72萬m3，死庫容0.8萬m3，海拔388米，壩型為砌石重力壩，壩高13米。
