據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，12月24日北京新房網簽414套，網簽面積49499.15㎡，其中住宅網簽182套，網簽面積22617.46㎡。二手房網簽846套，網簽面積75454.62㎡，其中住宅網簽742套，網簽面積69723.25㎡。

截止目前，12月（12月1日~24日）北京新房網簽9322套，網簽面積883415.78㎡，其中住宅網簽3721套，網簽面積478914.07㎡；二手房網簽17698套，網簽面積1608907.23㎡，其中住宅16296套，住宅網簽面積1534953.88㎡。
