據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，12月12日北京新房網簽588套，網簽面積45539.94㎡，其中住宅網簽163套，網簽面積20003.42㎡。二手房網簽1030套，網簽面積90862.71㎡，其中住宅網簽946套，網簽面積85314.67㎡。

截止目前，12月（12月1日~12日）北京新房網簽4766套，網簽面積379261.13㎡，其中住宅網簽1735套，網簽面積219389.25㎡；二手房網簽9405套，網簽面積854783.54㎡，其中住宅8636套，住宅網簽面積815100.26㎡。
