據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，12月11日北京新房網簽683套，網簽面積38449.38㎡，其中住宅網簽167套，網簽面積22638.67㎡。二手房網簽1032套，網簽面積93714.26㎡，其中住宅網簽928套，網簽面積88314.64㎡。

截止目前，12月（12月1日~11日）北京新房網簽4178套，網簽面積333721.19㎡，其中住宅網簽1572套，網簽面積199385.83㎡；二手房網簽8375套，網簽面積763920.83㎡，其中住宅7690套，住宅網簽面積729785.59㎡。
