據北京市住建委官網數據顯示，10月27日北京新房網簽233套，網簽面積20738.8㎡，其中住宅網簽160套，網簽面積18570.18㎡；二手房網簽187套，網簽面積16304.63㎡，其中住宅網簽177套，網簽面積15588.33㎡。

截止目前，10月（10月1日~27日）北京新房網簽6821套，網簽面積595264.16㎡，其中住宅網簽4042套，網簽面積476023.45㎡；二手房網簽14344套，網簽面積1231919.55㎡，其中住宅13156套，住宅網簽面積1156083.81㎡。
