湖南汝城投資發展集團有限公司原副總經理朱志祥涉嫌受賄、濫用職權一案，由汝城縣監察委員會調查終結，移送檢察機關審查起訴。日前，汝城縣人民檢察院依法以涉嫌受賄罪、濫用職權罪對朱志祥作出逮捕決定。該案正在進一步辦理中。
