Ervin于2021年加入上海8 ? Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA團隊，成為餐廳的侍酒師，之前曾在澳門供職。Ervin來自馬來西亞的吉隆坡，他始終堅守對葡萄酒的熱愛，不斷學習。他用熱情感染每一位客人，帶領他們感受葡萄酒的魅力！

Ervin comes to us from a role in Macao, and joined the 8 ? Otto e Mezzo Bombana Shanghai team in 2021 as sommelier. Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Ervin followed his passion for wine and learning, and has coupled that with his fluency in both English and Chinese to bring that passion to our guests.

Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai.The restaurant has been awarded2 MICHELINStarssince 2017 of the MICHELIN Guide Shanghai, it has been through a number of changes but always maintained the same high level of cooking and service. Today, the talented young team led by executive chef Gabriele Delgrossi has injected the restaurant with new vitality and creativity.
