Each day, the 2 Michelin starred Chef Gabriele Delgrossi creates a seasonal menu based on the best ingredients he finds on the day. Experience how each dish takes shape from raw ingredient to a sensory feast, under the masterful orchestration of our Shanghai Executive Chef Gabriele.

Observe each and every step, as our Chef dices, poaches, saute?and simmer their way into epicurean finesse, with such precision and meticulous rhythm.Open exclusively to three diners each day, this rare and inspirational experience is available only through reservation by call.
