一、食材
- 豆干 2片
- 羊角青椒 1根
- 西紅柿 1個
- 鹽 3g
- 香油 10g
二、方法/步驟
1、豆干、西紅柿、青椒洗干凈;
2、豆干切成8厘米左右的條,青椒切條;
3、鍋中燒開水;
4、放入青椒焯熟;
5、撈出放入盆中;
6、豆干焯熟,控水撈出放入盆中;
7、西紅柿放入開水中煮;
8、煮開去皮,撈出切成西紅柿醬,放入涼拌盆中,加入香油,撒上少許鹽,拌勻;
9、放入盤中,撒上適量黑芝麻,保持了豆干五香,青椒新辣,西紅柿酸甜風味的涼拌菜,就做好啦。
